Dixon Soccer Club will be holding Metro Soccer
Registration
Metro Fee's Registration Dates (From April 18th
through May 15th):
Fee: $125
Registration Dates:
April 24th from 10:00am to 2:00pm Block Party at
Woman's Improvement Park
April 29th from 6:00pm to
9:00pm Mystic Beach Tanning Salon, 1425 Market Lane,
Dixon
May 14th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm Mystic Beach
Tanning Salon, 1425 Market Lane, Dixon
Applications received after June 16th will be placed
on a waiting list.
Bring the following items
with you to Registration:
- (2) signed copies of SYSL Registration form
- A current 1x1 photo of child. No hat or
sunglasses allowed to be worn in photo
- A copy of certified birth certificate. (State
Registrar Copy) Original's and copies will not be
returned.
Registration Drop off and Pick up will be held at
Mystic Beach Tanning located at 1425 Market Lane,
Dixon. This is a drop off and pick up only, they
have NO information on soccer registration.
