Recreational Registration Fees:
90.00 per person from April 24th to
May 25th
100.00 per person from May 26th to June 30th
125.00 Per Person from July 1st to cut off date
Metro Fee $125.00 per person
Applications received after June 16th will be placed
on a waiting list.
Items needed for registrations:
- (2) signed copies of SYSL Registration From
- A current 1x1 photo of child. No hat or
sunglasses allowed to be worn in photo
- A copy of certified birth certificate. (State
Registrar copy) Original`s and copies will not be
returned
Registration Drop off and Pick up will be head at
Mystic Beach Tanning located at 1425 Market Lane, Dixon.
This is a drop off and pick up only they have NO
information on soccer registration.
